Job Summary Evaluates patient communication, cognitive and swallowing abilities, and screens hearing acuity, providing written documentation on treatment and discharge plans. Educates staff and patient/family members on the overall needs of the patient and modifies treatment approaches as needed. Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development. Qualifications: Mandatory
