The Assistant Nurse Manager, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, functions as a supervisor and assumes accountability for the operation of the Surgical Suite. This includes the management, supervision, and evaluation of care delivered by nursing and other allied health care staff assigned to the Operating Room, Same Day Surgery Unit, and the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
