Director Surgical Services
Job Description The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of all perioperative services, including the operating rooms, pre-op and post-anesthesia unit, pre-admission testing, same-day surgery, sterile processing, and endoscopy. This role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and team engagement across surgical services.
