• • This role is for students graduating Spring 2026
  • Four 10-hour shifts (630A-1700)
  • Three 12-hour call shifts per 6-week schedule 
  • Abdomen and pelvic focus, GYN, urology, general surgery, colorectal 
  • 13 operating rooms
  • Integrated ORs and 4 robots
  • Learn a variety of surgical cases
  • Holidays: One 8-hour shift per year, rotate Winter/Spring
  • Orientation: 6 - 8 months for early career nurses, 3 months for experienced nurses

Role Purpose

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care after completing a nursing program and before licensure. Will be required to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited school of nursing to remain employed in a HSO in the state of Missouri.
