Rush University System for Health and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center have partnered to create RUSH MD Anderson Cancer Center. The partnership represents advanced clinical and operational integration in the delivery of cancer care, providing Rush patients greater access to cancer treatments and research considered among the best in the world.
Qualifications
• Board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
• Demonstrated interest and academic productivity in urologic oncology
Position Expectations
• Work collaboratively with a growing multi-disciplinary urologic oncology program
• Participate in a large portfolio of clinical trials
• Develop investigator-initiated trials
• Show a major commitment to research and scholarly activity that advances the field of medicine
• Demonstrate excellence in clinical care, teaching, and institutional service
The Rush Genitourinary Cancer Program
• Multi-disciplinary effort focused on individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Offers advanced treatment options through numerous active clinical trials, including:
o Cancer therapeutics
o Radiation oncology approaches
o Novel urologic ablative technologies
• Serves as a key resource to the broader urologic oncology community

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay Range: $337,800 - $546,500 TCC
