Pediatric Nephrologist – Albany Med Health System / Albany Medical College
The Department of Pediatrics at Albany Med Health System and Albany Medical College is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Nephrologist to join our growing division. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-established clinical and academic team committed to exceptional patient care and medical education.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time or part-time academic faculty appointment available
- Join as the second or third physician in a collaborative and supportive division
- Diagnose and care for children with a broad spectrum of kidney diseases
- Help advance the missions of the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital and Albany Medical College
Clinical & Academic Features:
- Provide care in a dedicated Pediatric Dialysis Unit
- Participate in multispecialty and satellite outpatient pediatric clinics
- Work closely with pediatric urology, transplant surgery, and interventional radiology teams
- Engage in teaching with a focus on clinical excellence and academic contribution
Competitive base salary range with incentive bonus opportunity commensurate with rank and experience (base salary range for Assistant Professor $185,000-195,000).
