Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesVirginia Mason Franciscan Health, a part of the Pacific Northwest Division of CommonSpirit, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our team in Silverdale, WA.
We are seeking a Full-Time Urologist to join an existing practice based at St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. St. Michael's is a 336 bed, Level III trauma center located in Silverdale, WA. SMMC's new campus opened in 2020 and features state of the art technology and ecological design. There are robots on site for cases if needed. Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general urology cases and doing clinic, rounding, and OR. Fellowship training is welcome. The call schedule is 1:7. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills.

We are offering a two-year salary guarantee over $600,000 with ability to earn more on wRVU model as well as a retention bonus. Great income potential above 75th%ile benchmarks!
