A premier Montana health system is expanding its Urology service line and is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join a high-performing, well-supported team.

This is a balanced, technology-forward practice offering strong compensation and the quality of life Montana is known for.

Compensation & Package:

75th Percentile Earning Potential: Base Salary + wRVU.

$45,000 sign-on and relocation assistance.

$100,000 student loan repayment.

Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME, and 401(k).

Position Highlights:

Team-based model: 3 Urologists supported by 3 experienced APPs.

Sustainable workload: reasonable volumes with light, well-covered call.

Practice structure: dedicated clinic days and protected OR block time.

Technology: Da Vinci XI robotics, advanced imaging, Epic EMR.
